TOPEKA — Michael Lee Rowe Sr., Osage City,  died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, at St. Francis Hospital, Topeka. He was 67.

He was born Oct. 26, 1954, in Blair, Neb., the son of Charles and Mary (Cemer) Rowe. He grew up in Blair and then lived in Burlington for several years before moving to Osage City.

Michael worked at Wolf Creek Nuclear Power Plant as a security guard. He was a member of the Twin Lakes Foursquare Church, Osage City.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary.

Michael is survived by his two sons, Kenneth Rowe, Brule, Neb., and Michael Rowe Jr., Osage City; two sisters, Mary Terry, Ogallala, Neb., and Penny Spinks, Lyndon; and two grandchildren, Natalie Eaton and Zachary Rowe.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, at the Lyndon Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, at the Feltner Funeral Chapel, Lyndon.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Michael Rowe Memorial Fund and sent in care of Feltner Funeral Home, 818 Topeka Ave., Lyndon, KS 66451.
