OSAGE CITY — Linda Jo Wright, Osage City, died Saturday, July 25, 2020. She was 64.

She was born Oct. 9, 1955, in Topeka, the daughter of Marjorie and Eldon Wright. Linda grew up in Topeka.

She became the life partner of Richard “Pete” Peterson Jan. 1, 1974. He died in April 2018.

As an adult, Linda lived in Burlingame for many years and later Alto, N.M. After Pete passed away, she returned to Kansas and lived at Osage City until her passing.

Linda, through the years, always had dogs and cats. She loved to quilt and sew. She also enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her mom, Marjorie, and a brother, Thomas.

She is survived by a sister, Marsha Banks, Topeka (Mark); and several nieces and nephews, which include, Jennifer Rafferty (Ryan) and Dawn Chapman (Jordon) and Kyle Dawdy; and her great nephew, Alex Dawdy.

A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at Davidson Funeral Home, 1035 N. Kansas Ave., Topeka.
