OSAGE CITY — Charlotte A. Ryan died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020, at her home in Osage City. She was 77.
Cremation is planned. A private inurnment will be held at a later date at Rapp Cemetery, west of Osage City.
VanArsdale Funeral Chapel, Osage City, is in charge of arrangements.
