OSAGE CITY — Debora Ann Hennier died Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at Osage Nursing Center, Osage City. She was 64.

She was born Jan. 28, 1958, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of George and Jo Ann (Clark) Hennier.

Debora lived in Kansas City, Mo., before moving to Osage City in 2005.

She worked at Jerry’s Thriftway, Osage City, for several years as a stocker. She was a member of the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Osage City, where she was involved in the Altar Society, was a Eucharistic Minister and taught Religious Education.

Debora was preceded in death by her parents, George and JoAnn; and her brother, William Phillips.

She is survived by her uncle and aunt, Don and Mary Lou Hennier, North Kansas City, Mo.; her cousin, Carol Ann Higgins, Osage City; and her best friend, Tom Nordling Jr., Osage City.

A celebration of life service and Mass will be 3 p.m. Friday, April 8, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Osage City. Rosary will be 2:45 p.m., prior to Mass. Following Mass, the family will receive guests at St. Brigid’s Hall, with a light meal. Inurnment will be in Kansas City, Mo., at a later date.
