Marcelene “Marcie” Mastell

Died Feb. 8, 2021

            MELVERN – Marcelene “Marcie” Mastell, Melvern, died Monday, Feb. 8, 2021, at Plaza West Nursing Home, Topeka. She was 82.

            Marcie is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Fay Charlene Hudnall and June Palmer, and three brothers, Marshall Palmer, Novie Palmer and Troy Palmer.

            She is survived by her husband, Robert, of the home; two daughters, Norma Jean Schaefer (Jim Lickteig), Richmond, and Sue Ann Mastell-Meidinger (Gary), Topeka; two sisters, Normadene Smith, Trinity, Texas, and Kay Darlene Wilson, Fort Smith, Ark.; six grandchildren, Tarya, Cody, DJ, Robert, Jared and Amber; and one great grandchild, Nikko.

            A memorial service will be 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 2, at Feltner Funeral Home, Lyndon. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until service time that evening at the funeral home.
