TOPEKA — Anna “Annie” M. Whitesell, Scranton, died Monday, Dec. 14, 2020, at Midland Care, Topeka, after a battle with cancer. She was 82.
Private memorial will take place. Celebration of Life will be held at later date, due to COVID-19.
