LENEXA — Lucille Elizabeth Fry died Nov. 7, 2020, in Lenexa. She was 104.

Lucy was born Oct. 5, 1916, in Osage City, the daughter of Albert and Hilma (Lundsted) Roulund. She grew up in Melvern and graduated from Melvern High School and Emporia State University. She worked at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

She married Robert Dean Fry. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Forrest.

She is survived by a son, Steve and wife, Anita; a daughter, Carolyn; a grandson, Andy (Kristina); a granddaughter, Meredith; and two great-granddaughters.

Private family graveside services are planned at Melvern Cemetery.
