TOPEKA — Chasity Ivey Provost, Burlingame, died Friday, June 26, 2020, at Stormont-Vail Hospital, Topeka. She was 34.

She was born Aug. 6, 1985, in Oklahoma City, Okla., the daughter of Terry Ferguson and Dottie Ivey. Chasity had lived most of her life in Oklahoma City, Okla., until moving to Burlingame three years ago.

She was a homemaker and had worked in the kitchen at Burlingame Casey’s. She graduated from Midwest City High School, in Oklahoma. She was a member of Eagles 3890 Auxiliary and her favorite hobby was fishing.

She married Craig Provost Dec. 21, 2012, in Oklahoma City, Okla. He survives of the home.

She was preceded in death by her father, Terry; and a brother, Noel Ivey.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her mother, Dottie Ivey, Osage City; a sister, Desiree Ivey, Oklahoma City, Okla.; and two step-children, Timothy Provost and Kathryn Provost, both of Oklahoma City, Okla.

Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Friday, July 3, at Burlingame Federated Church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Chasity Provost Memorial Fund, to be designated later and sent in care of Feltner Funeral Home, 818 Topeka Ave., Lyndon, KS 66451.
