CARBONDALE — Gerald Ray “Skip” Kleier, Carbondale, died Thursday, May 6. He was 76.

He was born Aug. 2, 1944, in Wichita, the son of Jason and Doris (Glimpse) Kleier. He was a graduate of Iola High School.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Kleier; two sons, Cameron (Ann) Kleier, Kansas City, Mo., and Jared Kleier, Carbondale; and three grandchildren, Kylee, Carter and Graham.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, at the Carbondale Church of Christian Fellowship.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association or National Kidney Foundation of Kansas and Western Missouri.
