KANSAS CITY, MO \u2014 Ethan Hunter James Frisbie, Melvern passed away on Oct. 27 at Children\u2019s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He was 10 years old.<\/p>\n

Ethan was born in Emporia, Kansas, on Nov. 30, 2013, the son of Chris and Denise (Sherrill) Johnson.<\/p>\n

He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents Elma and Ted Lais.<\/p>\n

Survivors include his parents, Chris and Denise Johnson, Melvern; brother Dylan Agin and his fianc\u00e9 Victoria Cabrera, Emporia; and grandparents Rita and Marvin Farr, Emporia; and Dave and Nancy Johnson, Melvern.<\/p>\n

Memorial contributions can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and sent in care of Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, P.O. Box 175, Emporia, KS, 66801.<\/p>\n

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1101 Neosho St., Emporia, Kansas, 66801.
