OSAGE CITY \u2014 Marianne Waterman Haag died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2020, at The Health Care Resort, Topeka. She was 89.<\/p>\n
She was born Sept. 4, 1930, in Washington, the daughter of George William and Laura Ellen Day Waterman. She graduated from Washington High School.<\/p>\n
She was joined in marriage to George Haag. He preceded her in death. To this union, four children were born, Randy, Suellen, John and Lisa. She was a homemaker and housewife to her family.<\/p>\n
She was preceded in death by her husband, George; a daughter, Suellen and a son, John.<\/p>\n
Marianne will be forever remembered by a son, Randy Haag, Osage City; a daughter, Lisa Kongs and husband, Kevin, Topeka; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Friday, Jan. 17, at VanArsdale Funeral Chapel, Osage City.<\/p>\n
Memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society and sent in care of VanArsdale Funeral Chapel, 107 N. Sixth St., Osage City, KS 66523.<\/p>\n
