OSAGE CITY — Donna Lee Totman, Osage City, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2022, at Stormont-Vail Hospital, Topeka. She was 87.
She was born May 7, 1934, in Arcadia, the daughter of Ralph and Bessie Brown Bean. She grew up in Arcadia, and had lived in Osage City since 1954.
Donna worked for Hallmark Cards as a quality inspector for over 20 years. She also worked at Park Pharmacy, sold Stanley products, and babysat for many children in Osage City. She was a member of the Flint Hills Baptist Church, Osage City, where she was involved in the Ladies Missionary Group, and she was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
She was united in marriage to Earl Wayne Totman March 15, 1953, in Arcadia. They were married for nearly 57 years.
Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Earl, on Feb. 17, 2010; a daughter, Susie Peimann, on Jan. 14, 2022; a grandson, Jason Burke; her parents, Ralph and Bessie; three brothers, Winifred, Milo and Leo Bean; and two sisters, Florence Linn and Leona Mayfield.
She is survived by four sons, Ed Totman (Ciss), Osage City, Rick Totman (Brenda), Wakarusa, Rodney Totman (Carolyn), Vassar, and Randy Totman, Osage City; a daughter, Debi Totman, Osage City; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, at the Countryside Baptist Church, Osage City. Burial will follow at the Barclay Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25, at Feltner Funeral Chapel, Lyndon.
