TOPEKA — Elke M. Dunlap, Osage City, formerly of Topeka, died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2021, at Stormont-Vail Hospital, Topeka. She was 77.
She was cremated. A graveside service will be held at a later date at the Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth.
