CARBONDALE — Theodora “Teddy” Annette Flowers, 67, Carbondale, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021.

She was born Dec. 18, 1953, in Topeka, the daughter of R.T. and Eldora Marion (Reece) Flowers.

Teddy was a huge fan of the outdoors. Whether gardening, working or wildlife, you could always find her outside enjoying herself, as she was the ultimate hippie. She loved music, football and her fur babies, Pepe, Teddy, Scooter, Maggie, Bubba and Shadow. She was lucky enough to travel the world. She loved to learn new things, and was happy to teach others.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister; and her beloved son, Butchie.

Teddy is survived by her daughters, Carole, Carbondale, and MyLinda (Kelly), Walterboro, S.C.; her grandchildren, Caleb, Carbondale, Jared (Claire), Erie, Colo., and Ryan, Cleveland, Ohio; her brother, Ron (Carole), Colona, Ill.; her sister, Nettie (Scott), Mount Pleasant, Texas; her brother-in-law, Wendell, Silver Lake; and her nieces and nephews.

Teddy was loved by all who knew her, and had many friends in her life.

Per her request, no services will be held.

Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice, 200 S.W. Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606.
