BURLINGAME — Jackie Percival, Burlingame, died Thursday, Oct. 22, 2020. He was 49.
He was born Jackie Douglas Percival, in Lawrence, the son of Leonard and Edna (Vandruff) Percival. Jackie was employed as a truck driver for Concrete Supply of Topeka.
Jackie married Sharla Hickock May 30, 1992, in Olathe. She survives.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Besides his wife, he is survived by four sons, Zach, Isaac, Matt and Adam Percival, all of Burlingame; and his mother Edna.
Jackie was cremated. Dove Cremations and Funerals – Southwest Chapel is assisting the family.
