* AT 1033 PM CDT…LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH
FLOODING OCCURRING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA…WITH ROAD CLOSURES
ACROSS OSAGE AND LYON COUNTIES. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
ALREADY FALLEN WITH ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES POSSIBLE. FLASH FLOODING
IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
