TOPEKA — Phyllis B. Whittaker, Carbondale, died Monday, Nov. 30, 2020, at Stormont Vail Hospital, Topeka. He was 78.
Private family graveside services were held Saturday, Dec. 5, at Carbondale Cemetery, Carbondale.
