The Board of Osage County Commissioners on Monday passed a resolution exempting Osage County residents from an executive order issued last week by Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly mandating the wearing of facemasks in an effort to curb the spread of COVID-19 but did issue a separate, less stringent order.
