Haunted hayrack rides will be 7 to 9 p.m. A soup supper including chicken noodle soup, ham and beans and chili, will be served 5:30 to 7 p.m. Live music will be 8 to 11 p.m. Free will donations will be accepted.

• Scranton Trunk or Treat 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Scranton City Park, includes free wiener roast and piñata bashing. Bring your car trunk and participate in the celebration.
• Vintage Park costume parade 6 p.m. and soup and chili feed 4 to 7 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 28
